During exercise, SPH & Co torturers zapped me to feel quite horrible from the middle of the 1st round of arm exercises onward. During dinner, they zapped me to bite myself 3 times, the last time being especially ugly & painful, injuring several parts of my mouth, making it difficult & troublesome to apply medication. They are criminally watching the minutest detail of my being every second, & zapping grievous hurt at the slightest opportunity, eg when they see my teeth & jaw in a dangerous position, they would quickly zap me to bite myself. They are also punishing me for my “talking”, eg my last post about my going out & their harassing me, which they keep saying is very damaging. The post can be read here: 

Currently they are zapping obsessive leg shaking & blocked nose. Somebody please stop them. Besides present torture, they will stress damage the body & destroy my health & organs. Grievous hurt using their electromagnetic device as an offensive weapon: disease + privation of normal, energetic & healthy well-being + pain + injury + emasculation of the chewing mechanism + privation of normal, injury free mouth + ??? + privation of normal, stable & steady being + privation of normal breathing + emasculation of the breathing mechanism. They are criminally keeping me under 24hr surveillance ( Protection from Harassment Act ), & criminally hitting me with grievous hurt when they spy specific things happen. Somebody – police, MP, SPH Whistleblow or any kind person, please uphold the law & stop these crimes & make the criminals pay for their crimes. They can do these things & do it with such finesse because they are provided with the offensive weapons to spy on me & to zap me & cause disease & pain when it makes them feel criminally good. Please take away these offensive weapons from them & police please arrest the criminals & jail them for life so they can’t do anything to me & my life can return to normal & return to me. Offenders from media centres around the world, including Singapore Press Holdings ( SPH ) here in Singapore, are torturing me to play their 'Use the Hands', 'White Teeth' game. These offenders have satellites launched to space that can zap the living body and produce all kinds of responses and illnesses. They also have satellites that let them observe everything. Together they are using these satellites to scrutinize my entire life and torture me with, amongst other things, terrible stomach disease ( gruesomely doing my shit ), and making me feel terrible and unwell. How It All Began: I believe I was first spotted by Singapore Press Holdings at a job interview with MPA ( Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore ) at the end of 1998 where one of the interviewers was a media headhunter. He seemed impressed with me and started kowtowing to me much like many interviewees do on TV to gain favour with the reporter. I believe members of Singapore Press Holdings then started snooping around me, and when they saw my way of earning an income, decided it would be an excellent opportunity to play this 'White Teeth', 'Use the Hands' game. They consequently alerted the international media, who joined in to this unethical, violating, interfering and controlling game. I have never approached the media nor did anything to it. They just forcibly intruded into my life and started meddling with everything they could interfere with. They started watching and hacking my computer, and started monitoring me at home and following me when I go out. People would act angrily towards me, and my nerves would be upset badly. The media culprits would do some terribly hurtful thing to the people I come into contact with, to their own people, and to those who appear in the media, and say it is my fault, but all the while they are the ones doing everything and behind everything. The media culprits make everybody hate me and have been harassing me badly for more than 20 years. Then since 2015, they have been torturing me. It seems these media culprits are just wanting to take wrongful, enslaving, authoritarian control of somebody's life and command it over the TV, movies, press and radio. Please help me. Please say no to torture and oppression and victimization. Please also condemn the media world's secret satellite torture and spying vehicles.
