During exercise, SPH & Co torturers again zapped me to feel horribly precarious & awkward all the while, including making doing the arm exercises a great trial. Then they kept zapping my hand to knock the treadmill handle, to add to the threat & fear ( I had better do what they want ). Then at about 30min treadmill time to the end of exercise, they kept zapping me to smile broadly & forcefully as they started saying things like my going out post for today is damaging. They zapped me to cut off my sense of taste for dinner & lunch & breakfast. This morning, they again zapped me to wake up feeling lousy & tired & needing napping. Since just now, they are zapping terrible gassy stomach discomfort & bowel dirty manipulations forebode shit in pants. Currently they add the zap of obsessive leg shaking. Somebody please stop them. Besides present torture, they will stress damage the body & destroy my health & organs. Grievous hurt using their electromagnetic device as an offensive weapon: disease + emasculation + privation of normal, healthy well-being + ??? + privation of sense of taste + emasculation + pain + gruesomeness + privation of normal, comfortable bowels + privation of normal, stable & steady being. They would not stop bothering & torturing me. Police please physically arrest them & jail them for life so I won’t be constantly victimized. & please also confiscate & ban their electromagnetic offensive weapon. Everything on how it works should be disclosed so it can be thwarted. I am the biggest depressed, tortured, dying victim here. Somebody please help me. Offenders from media centres around the world, including Singapore Press Holdings ( SPH ) here in Singapore, are torturing me to play their 'Use the Hands', 'White Teeth' game. These offenders have satellites launched to space that can zap the living body and produce all kinds of responses and illnesses. They also have satellites that let them observe everything. Together they are using these satellites to scrutinize my entire life and torture me with, amongst other things, terrible stomach disease ( gruesomely doing my shit ), and making me feel terrible and unwell. How It All Began: I believe I was first spotted by Singapore Press Holdings at a job interview with MPA ( Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore ) at the end of 1998 where one of the interviewers was a media headhunter. He seemed impressed with me and started kowtowing to me much like many interviewees do on TV to gain favour with the reporter. I believe members of Singapore Press Holdings then started snooping around me, and when they saw my way of earning an income, decided it would be an excellent opportunity to play this 'White Teeth', 'Use the Hands' game. They consequently alerted the international media, who joined in to this unethical, violating, interfering and controlling game. I have never approached the media nor did anything to it. They just forcibly intruded into my life and started meddling with everything they could interfere with. They started watching and hacking my computer, and started monitoring me at home and following me when I go out. People would act angrily towards me, and my nerves would be upset badly. The media culprits would do some terribly hurtful thing to the people I come into contact with, to their own people, and to those who appear in the media, and say it is my fault, but all the while they are the ones doing everything and behind everything. The media culprits make everybody hate me and have been harassing me badly for more than 20 years. Then since 2015, they have been torturing me. It seems these media culprits are just wanting to take wrongful, enslaving, authoritarian control of somebody's life and command it over the TV, movies, press and radio. Please help me. Please say no to torture and oppression and victimization. Please also condemn the media world's secret satellite torture and spying vehicles.
